Hi Everyone. Hope everyone is beginning to enjoy the weather. Speaking of weather, most people try to get a new look for every season. This summer Merle Norman came out with some GREAT choices… my favorite eye liner that came out this season is ocean blue eyeliner.. I know what you might think if you have brown eyes sometimes blue eyeliner just doesn’t work but, if you apply black liner first with the blue above it. It looks great and the blue is just the prettiest shade of blue.
