Summer Skin Care

Remember that skin is your largest organ; it’s never too late to start taking care of it. Increased sun exposure in summer can lead to UV damage and more oil production. To maintain healthy skin:

Use a gel-based cleanser for excess oil.

Opt for lighter moisturizers with hyaluronic acid.

 Stick to a regular skincare routine.

 Incorporate antioxidants.

 Keep your skin hydrated.

 Exfoliate regularly.

 Apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily.

 Avoid heavy makeup.

 Use a good toner.

Hydrate by drinking plenty of water and using a hydrating mist. Choose oil-free

products like water-based gels and lotions. Be mindful of allergens and use

hypoallergenic products when needed
